Born and raised in Springfield, Massachusetts, Attorney Daniel D. Kelly dedicated his career to serving the people of Western Massachusetts — both in the courtroom and in the community.
A graduate of Springfield’s Central High School, Attorney Kelly went on to earn his bachelor’s degree from American International College and his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School.
Attorney Kelly began his legal career in 1996 as an Assistant District Attorney for Hampden County, prosecuting cases in Hampden County Superior Court and the District Courts throughout Hampden County. His years as a prosecutor gave him extensive courtroom experience and a deep understanding of the judicial system.
In addition to his legal career, Attorney Kelly served as a member of the Springfield City Council from 1998 to 2005, including a term as City Council President in 2003. His time in public service strengthened his commitment to the people of Springfield and his dedication to civic engagement.
Following his tenure as Assistant District Attorney, Attorney Kelly joined a local civil law firm, where he expanded his practice to include a broad range of civil matters.
In 2006, he founded The Law Offices of Daniel D. Kelly, where he continues to represent individuals, families, and businesses with dedication, integrity, and practical legal insight. Over the course of his career, Attorney Kelly has represented clients in every county court in Massachusetts, as well as in the federal courts of Massachusetts, New York, and Missouri. His broad experience across multiple jurisdictions allows him to provide his clients with skilled, knowledgeable, and strategic representation.
